One thing I never get into is tuning. So I say just tune your guitar to get the sound need. THIS WON'T sound EXACTLY like you hear it played by Agalloch UNLESS it's done with amp at the correct settings along with the proper guitar tuning(So ampless off with saying it doesn't sound like it).
