Second Dimension by Cliff Hillis This is a great song from Cliff Hillis, off of his 2001 release Be Seeing You. Lots of other good songs on there, I recommend that you pick up a copy (available from Not Lame Records.) I play using major bar chords, which sound pretty close to the record if you run your guitar through enough distortion. I can tell A# is the root of the second chord in the second half of the verse, but I can't quite make out what flavor of A# it is, so I usually just play that part of the verse on the lower three strings so that I don't have to define the chord as minor or major or 7th or whatever it legitimately is. Anyway, hope you enjoy the song! {Verse} You can make it out alive if you want to Have you ever been away from your bedroom Are you living in a daze, does it seem so Running circles in a maze, never can go {Chorus} the second dimension, is where you are with one eye closed never to mention, where it is that time does go, so so {Verse} stealing paintings in the night from your own mind catch a picture of your life on the downside you've got reasons to believe what your eyes will never see in the hours that debris from the world on your TV {Chorus} the second dimension, is where you are with one eye closed never to mention, where it is that time does go {Bridge} you feel up but you're going down if you're sinking you will drown never wanted to believe this could be your future [solo] (1x Verse Chords) {Chorus} the second dimension, is where you are with one eye closed never to mention, where it is that time does go, so so Thanks for looking!
