Amy Hit the Atmosphere Counting Crows *** Capo on 1 *** The previous version was close, but some of the chords sounded weird and he missed a couple of key spots. I think I've figure them out, and tranposed this into a set of chords that work really nice -- many pair above, below each other on same frets and make intuitive slides in the progression. These chords appear to have F basses often, example B/F anc C/F. Well, this is much easier with capo as A/E and B/E (just leave top E open). (Updated: I corrected the intro and outro, which are not the same as the verse chords as suggested. I also realized the timing was off, and that is now reflected correctly.) Great song, one of my CC favorites. Take it nice and mellow. Chords: (Capo on 1 brings chords to key of F) - 022100 - x02220 (often , 002220) - 244222 - x24442 - x46654 - 466444 > = slide up < = slide down ~ = ring (and/or rake) Section detail -------------- Intro: 1 . 2 . 3 . 4 . |1 . 2 . 3 . 4 . | |* ()()| (*/, 024442) / /// / /// / /// / / / |* ()()| (*, x22100, but is fine) / /// / /// / /// / / / (note: second line's B is closer to an E.
