It seemed like the other version of this song was pretty close, but not quite right on the the riffing and some of the chords. I'm still a little uncertain about phrase 4 because the guitar is pretty quiet at that point, but I think what I've come up with is pretty close. Take note that I don't use a pick, and use my thumb and three fingers to pluck. Some of the rhythm parts may look kind of funky, but try playing them with a pick and blending some of the articulation together.
