Verse 1
                 - ?
I`m writing this letter

To let you know that I`m alright
           - ?
Encase you were wondering

I no longer sleep with the light on
                                     -?
So much has changed since you`ve been gone

Verse 2
             - ?
Mammas now working

Down at the Wilson Grocery Store
                 - ?
Becky`s through learning,

Now she drives your old ford
                     - ?
to pick me up from school

Chorus

The postmark said heaven, to dad with love

He placed it up on the counter and said mister how much?

As tears started to fill that old mans eyes

And he said

Letters to heaven

They don`t cost a dime

Verse 3
             - ?
So I said thank you

Turned around and waved goodbye
              - ?
Can I come back tomorrow?

Do you think that would be alright?
                     - ?
And he said son anytime

Chorus

The postmark said heaven, to dad with love

He placed it up on the counter and said mister how much?

As tears started to fill that old mans eyes

And he said

Letters to heaven

They don`t cost a dime
