Wonderful lyrics and a sweet accoustic part that adds to the overall tone. Its good stuff. There are lyrics and out the intro because its simple and cool. This isn't perfect but its definitely something to work with. The studio version is done with an accoustic but on the live version from the Last Waltz concert R.R. just plays it on the electric; however, it doesn't sounds as good.
